“I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”
John 14: 6
12 “Look, I AM coming soon! My reward is with Me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. 13 I AM the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

Daniel’s Prayer (Noreen’s Prayer)
So I turned to the Lord God and pleaded with Him in prayer and petition,
in fasting, and in sackcloth and ashes.
Daniel 9:3
Many times during my Scripture readings God directs me towards certain readings and today it was Daniel. I had written part of this before, but the Lord has directed me to plead again, and so I have added to this prayer for the sake of all people. God has laid it upon my heart this week to use this prayer and to add even more fever to the pleading for each of us to change our lives before it is too late. He is calling out to all His children and He desires that you will your lives into the plans that He has for you. Read Daniel this week along with 2 Chronicles 36, Jeremiah 29 and Zechariah 7 and learn from what God is trying to tell you. (Feel free to email me or talk with others about these things)
Daniel was a prophet during the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, and this book tells of Daniel and his friends and the things that they experienced during the time that they were in captivity. Daniel could interpret dreams that brought him into a position of power. Daniel trusted in God even in situations where most would lose faith. His three friends, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into a blazing furnace and were protected by God. Daniel was thrown into a den of lions and was also protected. Daniel’s divine revelations of both the present time and for the future is well worth the time to read. There are many things that correlate right into today’s world and Daniel’s prayer and revelation is as much for us as it was for the people back then. Daniel’s prayer inspired me to write in unison with his prayer. I feel strongly that we have lost our way and we need to step up and come back to God and follow the path that He has laid for each of us. Daniel is not about following one’s own way, but of following the way of the Lord and being true to God. I pray for all of my family, friends and for this world, as I am in distress at the state of things in both this country and the world. My hope is that it touches you, to bring to you the need for a personal ongoing relationship with our Lord and Savior and that the realization of putting God first in life should be the driving force within your life. I have read Daniel’s prayer many times and each time I read it, I pray for all of us. My words come from my heart and I pray that you will let the words come into your heart and that your life becomes a reflection of God and a light to the world that God is first in your life. Daniel is also an end-time prophecy, and there is no time like the present to come into a relationship with God. We don’t know the time or the hour, but the signs are becoming more and more obvious. Don’t wait until it’s too late to change, for when the Master comes, how terrible it will be to be caught following your own path instead of what God has for you. Starting today change into a person totally devoted to God and bringing His light into the world. (All Scripture reference is from chapter 9 of Daniel; Daniel’s words are italicized)
I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed. (Daniel 9:4) During prayer time, Henry
and I were praying to the Lord and asking for His guidance for our life. The Lord
led us to go out and preach His Words wherever He leads us. We confessed to the Lord
and asked for His forgiveness first for ourselves and then for the world around us.
We as God’s people have so strayed from His path, His way and our lives have spun
out of control. People think it is okay to murder their children through abortion
and through embryonic research. Children are abused and sexually molested and murdered
daily. We as a people have forgotten that children are precious in His sight. Solomon
in the book of Proverbs 29:19 said: “A servant cannot be corrected by mere words;
though he understands he will not respond.” That is how we as God’s servants have
become, stubborn and hard hearted. We have to stop being so disrespectful to our
God. We have to stop ignoring His Words and His prophets who have been spreading
His message and return to the Lord.
How sad it is that we have strayed so far from
our salvation. God gave us such a perfect gift in the sacrifice of His Son, our Lord
and Savior Jesus Christ. We are so selfish. God gives up His life for ours before
we were even born. We claim to be Christians but our lives prove that wrong. We as
God’s people allow the lies of the devil to penetrate into the very core of our nature,
allowing things that are against the order of God and allow the chaos of the devil
to infect every part of our lives. We have allowed the devil to remove God from the
public eye, we have allowed judges to rule and legislate from the bench, corrupting
God’s truth and promoting Satan’s lies. Here in the United States we have elected
into our government the most corrupt of Satan’s minions. From the president to the
congress, in each state and town, we have elected officials who pander to the devil
and allow his lies to invade our very souls. We have allowed the devil to take the
Ten Commandments and shred them into meaningless words. We have allowed the devil
to trick us into believing that the Words of the Bible have no meaning and that the
Word changes to meet current conditions of the world. That is a lie, my dear brothers
and sisters! Don’t listen to the devil any longer! We need to stand up and be counted
as being God’s people.
Jesus told us that we are to become as little children and learn from Him. We have greedily taken His cross and His salvation, believing the lies from the evil one that we can continue to live in sin and still be called a Christian. That is a lie! Stop being so easily convinced by the devil and take responsibility for accepting your salvation and begin a relationship with God. It is not through some church or some minister or priest, it is not through any thing that you do, our salvation is only through Christ Jesus! Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. We can only get to the Father and heaven through Jesus! Any thing, any church, any minister or priest, no person, place or thing, can bring us our salvation. It has already been done when Jesus died on the cross. But we ignore the salvation that is ours. We greedily follow the devil and allow his lies to be everywhere. The devil corrupts the world and tells people that we are not to obey the Word of God. That lust, greed, sexual immorality that includes adultery, homosexuality, living together without marriage and having sex, absorbed in sexual pleasure through pornography, prostitutes, books or magazines anything that causes lust, even dressing to entice someone into lusting after you, lies, theft even as simple as shop lifting, murder which includes being angry at another, abortion, spreading slander and false things about another, is all against the Word of the Lord. If any other gospel is being preached to you, it is false.
“Oh, Lord, the great and awesome God, Who showers His grace upon all, Who sent His one and only Son to be my Savior and the Savior of all His children, Who out of His love, does not demand of us to return His love, I come before You to plead to You the causes of mankind. Those causes have been brought on because so many people have fallen away from Your grace and they do not seek You or Your commands for their lives, the very commandments that bring us life. Lord, You Who keeps His covenant of love with all those who love Him and obey His commands, Father, we have sinned and done wrong. We have been wicked and have rebelled; we have turned away from Your commands and law. (vs. 4-5) Father, we have allowed the father of lies, the evil one to infiltrate our lives and lead us into temptation. Father, we have ignored Your servants the prophets and teachers and ministers of Your Word. Father, even some of Your ministers and priests have allowed the evil one to speak lies through them and so Father, have led some of Your children down a path that You have not chosen for them.
Father, we have allowed all sorts of evil into our lives and we still claim to be Your children. Some of Your children have fallen away, choosing to live a life in denial of You and Your truths. Lord, people are not listening, to those who You have sent, who speak in Your Name, to our kings, our presidents, our princes, our congress, our fathers and our mothers and to all the people of the land. (vs. 6) Father, please have mercy on us. We deserve any punishment that You give us. We don’t listen to You and we allow filth to penetrate to our very core of life and forego the salvation that could be ours. We stomp on the cross, we spit on Jesus in the way that we live our lives. We know that You send rain on the good and the bad, and so our punishment will be on those who seek Your righteousness as well as those who are evil. Father, I plead with You, before it is too late. Hear the words of Your servant and have mercy on us. We accept whatever may come, and we willing go forth to teach others Your truth even in the midst of this broken world. Father, please remember, that even though so many have allowed churches and ministers and priests, to tell them what You have not said, who have used part of Your Word to spread the devil lies, we still are Your people. I know that we have a choice in all that we say and do, and that we have the choice in whether or not to accept Your salvation or to ignore it and Your truth and live a life that is not what You want. Have mercy on us, O Lord.
Lord, You are righteous, but this day, this moment, this year, and for too long now, we are covered with shame – the men of Judah and people of Jerusalem and all Israel, all of us in this country, the United States and all of the people who are called by Your Name, Christians, both near and far. We have been unfaithful God, ignoring Your Words, Your prophets, and Your commands. The Lord our God is merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebelled and continue to rebel against Him and we have not obeyed the Lord our God or kept the law He gave us through His servants the prophets. All Israel, all Your children, even we who are called Christians, have transgressed Your law and turned away, refusing to obey You. (vs. 7-11)
Father, what makes us ignore You? Have we fallen so far that the evil one is in complete control of all that is around us? How do we live our lives and not be covered in shame, for we have all sinned and have allowed the evil one control. Father, please strengthen us in the Name of Jesus, fill us with Your strength to fight against the evil one. Teach us Your ways again, open our minds to Your truth and wisdom, guide us in Your grace to put You first in our lives. We deserve the punishment that we receive for our sins, the sexual transmitted diseases, the signs You send for us to repent, the floods, the fires, the droughts; God open our hearts and eyes, and guide us to repentance and a change of heart. Help us to put away the old man in us and to wrap ourselves in the Sacrifice of Your Son Jesus. Just as it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come upon us, yet we have not sought the favor of the Lord our God by turning from our sins and giving attention Your truth. The Lord did not and does not hesitate to bring disaster upon us, for the Lord our God is righteous in everything He does; yet we have not obeyed Him. (vs. 13-14)
Father, too many of us have listened to the lies of the evil one, rejecting You and Your Word as unnecessary and the evil one is convincing so many that You don’t exist, or that You don’t care what happens to us Your children. The evil one spreads a distorted view, seeking the ruin of Your children. He has made Your Name a curse in his quest to regain what he lost when You sent Your One and only Son Jesus, to die for our sins and be raised from the dead. Help Your people to see Your truth and strengthen them to break the chains of sin, which Satan has bound them in. Let them be free from addictions, greed, malice, sexual immorality, adultery, lust, and all the chains that keep us away from You. Help us to admit our sins and come to You and ask Your forgiveness, and teach us to repent of our sins, forgoing our chains of sin to the freedom of Your Love. Now, O Lord our God, Who brought Your people out of Egypt with a mighty hand and Who made Yourself a Name that endures to this day, we have sinned, we have done wrong. O, Lord, in keeping with all Your righteous acts, turn away Your anger and Your wrath from Jerusalem, Your city, Your holy hill, and from wherever Your people dwell; our sins and the iniquities of our fathers have made Jerusalem and Your people including Christians, an object of scorn to all those around us. (vs. 15-16)
Now, our God, hear the prayers and petitions of Your servant. I earnestly beg of You that those who have fallen away be opened to this prayer of petition, for them to return to You. Father, I realize that not all will come to accept Your love. Father, for those who have accepted You but have not grown to know You, I ask that You would break through their harden hearts and allow their minds to be open to Your Word, Your truth and Your light. May the words that I say and the words of all Your ministers be true to You. May in some small way the seed of faith that we plant bloom into a life changing desire to put You first in life. Father, the seed is planted and now it is up to those who have accepted You to nourish their faith with Your Word. Father, fill them with Your wisdom and knowledge. For Your sake, O Lord, look with favor on Your desolate sanctuary. Look with favor on Your children. Give ear, O God, and hear: open Your eyes and see the desolation of the city that bears Your Name. Open Your eyes and see the desolation of Your people who bear Your Name. We do not make these requests of You because we are righteous, but because of Your great mercy. Father, have mercy on us. Fill us with an overwhelming desire for You, and not for the lusts of our hearts and minds. Help us to be strong to fight the evil one and begin to remove his influence that he has brought over people. Help people to realize that it is up to them to walk in Your light, that it is their choice, that You do not force us to follow You. Father, O Lord, listen! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, hear and act! Father, we are weak and need Your strength to resist the evil one. We have so long been unrighteous, Father, teach us to be righteous in Your eyes. Not because we have done anything to deserve Your forgiveness, for we keep falling back into the same sins over and over again. Father, we need Your help in becoming Your children in all areas of our lives. Fill us with a desire to start making changing within ourselves today, this very minute Father. For Your sake, O my God, do not delay, because Your city and Your people bear Your Name. (vs. 17-19)
Father, the time is now, the signs are obvious, and we are not aware that You will come at any time. We don’t understand that it is critical that we understand that we are in the times of distress and that if we choose to ignore You, we will not come into our inheritance that Christ gained for us in His death. Let us not continue to be covered with shame, but let us humble ourselves and come to You, asking forgiveness. Let us will our lives to be changed before it is too late. Let us live with Your purpose in our lives, let us will to grow in Your love and truth. Let us take upon our lives all of Your truth and live our lives showing Your truth. Let us not be afraid to step out in faith and to trust You with all of our lives. Let us preach Your Word to all those we meet and not be afraid to rebuke those who have fallen into the lies of Satan. We cannot go forth as we have been and seeing the devil spread his lies and letting Your Word and Your truth be slandered. We have to come to realize that we need to put You first in our lives, that we are Your servants and willingly live our lives according to Your truth. It is not a hard thing, if only we would give ourselves to You and come to You daily for Your strength to help us to overcome all the temptations of the devil. Help us, O Lord, not to be lazy and let others tell us what we ourselves should be doing. Let us be responsible to take and accept You and to learn from You, growing in a relationship with You that is filled with Your Word. Let us share with one another, let us come together and speak Your truth to the world. Let us not die in our shame and go to hell because we were too lazy or stubborn or stupid to learn Your Word and Your truth. Let our lives begin today, this very moment, changing into Your children, with Your Words written upon our hearts. Let us come into Your wisdom, that the only way to come to You Father is through Jesus. Help us to let go of ourselves and clothe ourselves with You and become a light to others. Amen
